To create your account on the HUMILITY online store, enter your email address, which becomes your username, as well as other required information in the appropriate fields.

Changing your password, or your delivery addresses is very simple. Click on “my account” and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can view and edit your personal information.

When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address that was used to create your account. Your password will be sent to you by email instantly. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder in case of non-receipt.

Subscribe to the HUMILITY online store newsletter by entering your email on the home page in the newsletter section at the bottom of the page. You will be informed of the latest news from the online store and our exclusive offers.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive. You can also do this in your account, in the “My subscriptions” section. Please do not hesitate to contact us about this if you encounter any difficulties.

You can find the items you added to the basket for a period of one year (while stocks last), by following the instructions below:

The information you provide to us to complete your order is only used within the framework of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances may this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the data protection and freedom law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. Concerning your banking information (bank cards), this is only used as part of your payment with our secure payment partner Adyen. We do not store any banking information about you.

Order

To place an order on the HUMILITY store, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by searching by article type or by universe. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to cart”. Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the “Order” button. Your order is prepared in a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after your order is handed over to the carrier.

All your orders are shipped within 48 hours (while stock lasts). Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after your order is handed over to the carrier. You will be kept informed by email of the preparation and shipping of your package.

We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after validation of your order. In this email you will find the summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and follow the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Validated", "In preparation" and finally "Shipped".

When your package is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email telling you that your package has been handed over to the carrier, in which a package tracking number will allow you to follow its journey.

Currently it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to be prepared in our warehouse in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. The latter will then be returned to our warehouse and we will then issue your refund.

Payment

We only accept payment by credit card. Payment 3 times without fees is available from 200€ of purchases or 2 times without fees from 150€ of purchases. You can also benefit from a 30-day period before payment, this service is free of charge from 200€ of purchases. Payments are completely secure by our partner Hipay, European leader in online payment.

You can use the following payment methods on the HUMILITY e-boutique: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

The HUMILITY online store uses the Hipay e-Commerce solution, recognized by the main players in the financial world. This has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and friendly environment, with optimal security and respect for privacy. Hipay e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousand online commerce sites. You will recognize these sites by the mention Secure payment by Hipay, which appears on the payment page.

Remember to check the validity date of your discount code. Also make sure to respect the box and enter your code without putting a space. Remember to clear your computer's cache, if your code works, a text will appear to tell you that your coupon has been taken into account. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several, only one of them can be used when ordering. What are the delivery methods and prices?

We offer three delivery methods for France:

- Colissimo Point Relais - €3.90 - free from €110 purchase

- Colissimo Domicile - €5.50 - free from €150 purchase

- Click & Collect: free

Your order is prepared in a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, it is then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days for standard mode after your order is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery rates: They are calculated automatically when you order depending on the delivery method and country you choose and you can view this amount in your basket.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Shipping times (out of our warehouses) are 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) maximum. This deadline corresponds to the preparation time for your order in our warehouses (destocking, verification, package preparation, packaging, labeling, etc.), your order is then delivered to the chosen carrier.

Delivery times depend on the mode of transport chosen (next day delivery for all orders placed before 2 p.m.):

- For Colissimo home delivery, the time is 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order.

- For click & collect delivery, the deadline is 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order. You will be notified by email/sms of the arrival of your package in store.

Can I be delivered abroad?

We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

In this case, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not home at that time, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of arrival as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You will then have to go to the indicated post office with the receipt provided by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the package will be returned to us.

If you still have not received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left for you, remember to check the status of your package according to the delivery method chosen. You can also contact customer service by email at serviceclients@humility.fr

Return and refund

To return the ordered products to us, you have thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.

Please make only one return per order placed, you must therefore wait for the order to be delivered in full, if it was delivered to you in several deliveries/packages.

Only one return per order will be accepted.

If you placed your order without a customer account, you can make your return request by creating an account now. When creating your account your order history will be displayed in your customer area - “My orders” section – Click on the “Make a return” link. - For orders delivered in mainland France, stick the Colissimo return label received in your order.

How much does it cost me to return a product?

- Returns are free for all orders placed in mainland France. To make the return, stick the Colissimo return label received in your package and drop off your package at the post office.

- For any return following an order in Europe, the return costs are your responsibility. We will also reimburse your order in the event that the return is due to an error on our part, of course the reshipping costs will be fully reimbursed upon receipt.

By what means of payment am I reimbursed?

Your refund will be made to the bank card used for payment by recrediting it under the label “humility.fr”, via our payment partner Hipay, within 15 days from the date of return of the package.

Technical issues

These emails can be found in your “junk” mail or your “spam” folder of your messaging software, these are in fact more and more sensitive to protect the privacy of their users by identifying emails which do not part of your contacts for example. We advise you to authorize the domain https://www.humility.fr/ in your anti-spam tool and/or your email.

If your payment doesn't go through, check to make sure your card numbers or expiration date aren't wrong. Check with your banking establishment that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.
