All about the Humility x Paradigm partnership
Our second-hand partner Paradigme buys back clothes from over 200 women's ready-to-wearbrands.
Items must be in very good condition, less than 5 years old and show no stains, tears, holes or signs of abnormal wear. The brand label and composition label must be intact to be accepted.
For each shipment, a minimum of 3 items is required, and the service is available only in mainland France.
L condition of the returned items is one of the elements that determines the value of the gift card offered. Paradigme accepts the following conditions:
- Brand new with label
- Brand new
- Very good condition
- Good condition
If, when checked by the Paradigme teams, the information does not correspond to the products, the gift card may be revalued or cancelled.
The clothes you send to Paradigme are rigorously checked before being put up for sale on their website here or in shop to give them a second life.
If an item is not accepted, it is donated to a partner association.
With Paradigme, you can be sure that your second-hand clothes are treated with care and contribute to more sustainable and circular fashion.
As soon as your item is received, it is checked by Paradigme. If it matches the information provided at the time of dispatch, you will immediately receive a gift card, valid on humility.fr, or on second-hand items on paradigme.fr.
Redemption is immediate, so you can take advantage of your gift card straight away, without having to wait for your items to be snapped up.
The gift card, valid for one year from validation, can be used by entering the code at the time of payment.
If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered from Paradigme, you have 14 days from receipt to return it. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the Paradigme label, and in its original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, the refund cannot be made.
To make a return, log in to your customer account at paradigme.frSelect the order concerned, then click on "Request a return". Choose the items you wish to return, give a reason and confirm. Once your request has been validated by our team, you will receive an email containing a link to download and print the returns label.
